Chuck Fans Rally Behind Zac Levi

Zachary Levi made an appearance, and yes, actually jumped in to make sandwiches at a Subway sandwich shop in London.

With NBC teetering on the edge of whether or not they are going to renew the well-loved series “Chuck”, fans all over the world are rallying and doing all they can to save the show from being cut out of the new fall lineup, including supporting the advertisers that help fund the show. Subway shops all over the world are being bombarded with fans who are purchasing the $5 Footlong sandwiches in an effort to save their favorite prime-time comedy/drama.

Our family absolutely *loves* Chuck! It is the one show each week that we sit down to watch as a family, and we always look forward to seeing what is going to happen the following week. To know that NBC is thinking of cutting the show from the lineup is very disheartening. It seems they keep shows that are imbecilic and/or full of dirty humor, but always seem to cut out the better quality family entertainment. Chuck and Life are our two favorite shows, and now it seems they are both “on the bubble”.

What is wrong with NBC?? They will renew shows like “The Office” and “Ugly Betty”, but cut out shows that are of much higher quality. There is something seriously wrong with this equation. Not everyone wants to watch sophomoric television. Some of us actually like to have thought and emotion provoking entertainment. We like having characters that we can relate to, and story lines that keep us on our toes.

Ok, enough of my rant. Check out this video, and then go to ChuckTV to show your support! I think it’s time that viewers have a say in their television viewing preferences! (At about 26 seconds into the clip, you can hear Zac saying “See NBC! This is what happens when you might cancel a show that this many people care about!”)
